The goal of AJEEC-NISPED’s Organizational Knowledge Center (OKC) is to develop innovative work procedures, institutionalize existing models and to upscale the organization’s operations. In addition, the OKC offers consulting, knowledge development and training services to various entities.
For more than two decades, AJEEC-NISPED has developed a unique work approach and groundbreaking models for innovative and creative social change in diverse areas, while preserving traditional values within the community. The organization’s programs have gained international recognition and have been replicated in other communities and regions. Today, as a large and diverse organization operating at national and international levels, we remain committed to sustainable innovation and adaptability to the rapidly changing realities of the communities in which we work.
The Institutionalization and accessibility of existing organizational knowledge, ongoing staff training and professional evaluation, and research are among the cornerstones of AJEEC-NISPED’s success.
The OKC’s areas of focus include the following:
Collection and documentation (conceptualization) of organizational models and work methods
Guaranteeing the availability and accessibility of models, work plans, and activities to the organization’s employees and partners
Enhancement of action-oriented training and instruction programs
Building effective work plans and control and evaluation procedures
Action research and Rapid Cycle Intervention for knowledge-based planning and development
